Highly do not recommend. Experienced multiple issues with owner and vehicle. The car was not ready at the start of the rental. The address provided in the posting was incorrect. I spent 45 mins trying to find the car, then was told the correct address (15 mins away). After arriving at the updated location, the car was not there. Had to wait another 30 mins for the car to arrive. It arrived but was incredibly dirty on the exterior (clean on the interior). After 2 mins on the road, I realized the gas tank was only a quarter full. Stopped and filled up immediately and took photos of the receipt and sent to Fadia, was promised that I would be compensated at the end of the trip. Later during the drive, went to use the wiper blades to discover that both were torn and unusable. Communicated with owner (she was responsive during the rental) about issues, was promised consideration of partial refund. Returned vehicle on time, clean, with a full tank of gas. However, no efforts were made by Fadia to provide a refund for the mostly empty gas tank, vehicle being unready until 3 hrs after rental start, or the wiper blades. Though Fadia was responsive during the rental period, she went radio silent after the vehicle was returned. Car functioned well (minus the wiper blades) but Fadia was unwilling to correct the significant inconveniences. Tried reaching out to Turo but was not provided any financial refund. Extremely disappointing to return something better than I found it while feeling like I got taken advantage of.
