Excellent experience from start to finish. The Model X was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family road trip. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage, and the vehicle drove great. The host was friendly, communicative, and made everything easy. Highly recommend both the vehicle and the host. Would gladly rent again.

It wasnt the best trip. The car's battery is old and drains quick, our time was consumed with charging the car. I wont rent this car again. But the whole process was smooth, it's just the car is not reliable for long drive.
