This was my first time using Turo, and Brandon made the whole experience really easy. He was great with communication and kept me updated throughout the trip. We connected before pickup and drop-off to make sure everything was clear, and he even gave me his cell number in case I needed to reach him directly. He also gave me updates as he was approaching the airport, which I really appreciated.
The 2018 Ford Explorer was in perfect shape—clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for my family and all of our luggage. The A/C worked great, and the backup camera was really helpful. I used it for a road trip through Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, and it was perfect for the trip. It drove well and was comfortable the entire time.
One interesting thing about this particular Explorer is that it was previously a police vehicle, so it has a spotlight that you can actually use, which could be pretty handy for some people.
I’d definitely rent from Brandon again. He made my first Turo experience easy and stress-free, and the SUV was in great condition. I’d recommend him and this vehicle to anyone, especially if you're looking for something comfortable and roomy for a road trip.
