Beautiful vehicle that worked flawlessly. No issues whatsoever. Communication was great. Pickup/dropoff was straightforward. Would rent again.

When I went to returned the vehicle, the host was unresponsive. I waited in the parking garage for confirmation that I could leave it in the regular economy area, but he did not respond to calls, texts, and messages. I had to pay $10 because I waited over 10 minutes for the host to respond, which he
never did.

Sorry that you felt we were not as responsive to your questions. However as I explained to you already, I was on public transport the train to be exact, and I had no signal while in the tunnel. However, you did receive return instructions that clearly stated how to return the vehicle. So if you followed those instructions you would have went to the Turo lot and not the Economy Parking lot. But nonetheless thank you for booking with us.
