Alex was super flexible when our travel plans changed due to a delayed flight. Pickup and drop off were easy, and the car was clean and comfortable.

We were attending our daughter’s graduation from Navy boot camp. Everything was uncertain being our first time doing this. We’ve never been to Chicago. Alexander couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. He met us at the airport arrivals to give us the car. Then also met us there for drop off. We had a pretty smooth trip and this just added to it. This car is clean, it smells nice and it drives really well. I even got compliments on it! It’s a great car! And Alexander is a perfect host. Thank you!!!!!!
