from the start of the trip it was bad the car was not in the condition as advertised. The fender was missing, the door didn’t open , and it was filthy in the car burn holes all in the back.Unfortunately i was in a rush so i did not have time or funds to get another one moving with my family. Its been 100 degrees over the last 2 weeks i rented and the ac worked only when in the shade or at night. the car needs maintenance bad control arms are going and is unsafe to rent right now although the host was wonderful and very responsive.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m really sorry the defrost didn’t work as expected. It turns out a previous guest caused some hidden damage, and I’m already getting it fixed so it won’t affect anyone else.I appreciate you taking the time to let me know.

The car was exceptional and made the trip very enjoyable. It was clean, well-maintained, and drove great throughout the entire rental. The host was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Overall, the trip went very smoothly and I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to others.
