Gas tan was not full,when I picked it up. Car had multiple carpet stains inside it. I also have video recording right before I picked up the vehicle.

Hi Raul, we’re sorry to hear you’re dissatisfied & also very confused since you seemed very happy at pickup and drop off(also you went over miles & took the vehicle Alabama)however, your review does not accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle at pickup. The booking was made last minute for a 1 am pickup and even then the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and prepared beforehand. We have timestamped photos also showing full tank of gas and clean car exterior and interior which was provided.
I had a very smooth trip and the car was in great shape, so clean and smooth drive. thank you, I will be booking again
