I've rented from Turo multiple times and never had issues, until now.
The host tried to charge me 300 dollars for pick up and drop off service. Unheard of and very unreasonable for a 40 minute commute.
Secondly, This was the first time I picked up a dirty vehicle using Turo. The host stated it was detailed, it couldn't have been. The car was filthy, like little kids had been in there with food and fingerprints on the windows. I have pictures for proof. Third, they changed the address after I started my pick up and drop off. The correct address should be in the description. I had to take an Uber then had to change the address during my uber ride. Not okay.
Lastly, the car drove fine. But cracked windshields and windshield fluid issue, should've also been in the description before my money was taken. Not, when disclosed when I'm on my way to pick the vehicle up.

My first time getting a car this big probably should have thought that through in terms of gas prices 😔😔. But all in all it was a great 😃 experience and would definitely recommend
