Car quality was good, and the host is good as well. I didn’t like the fact the pickup location was nowhere near my address and we got charged for mile overage.
Xavier could have confirmed the pick up address once booking was made and canceled within 24 hours without any penalties. Excess miles is part of the Turo business model. Appreciate your business.
