Pick up & drop off was super easy. Loved the car - clean, damage free, and smelled good. 😊 Thomas was personable, friendly, and professional. This was our first Turo experience and not only will we do it again but will recommend it to others. I have only one suggestion: the car rental includes a limited maximum number of miles but the mileage at time of pick up is nowhere in the app, at least I couldn't find it. It would be helpful to have it in the app as we failed to note it until a couple days into our trip and weren't sure of how many miles we'd driven or remaining to the limit.
