The host gave good information, including where the car would be located. He also responded promptly to an issue.
The reason for my rating of 4 is-
low tire pressure light came on shortly after starting to drive
10 psi lower than VW spec- I brought it up to spec of 41 psi
contacted host who said it should be ok and would check it after I returned it
continued to lose 1-2 psi per day. I filled it every day.
contacted host to say I was concerned about lots of driving on very important weeked
suggested I take it to Discount Tires to be repaired
Discount Tires refused to repair because tires were in dangerous shape with 2-3/32's of tread, Advised replacing immediately. (I have a picture of their tread check)
I called host for an immediate car replacement since I had many things to get done for weekend events. Host said he would replace tires. I reluctantly agreed to wait for tires if they could be done quickly.
Host did reply quickly. The reason for my lower score is that he gave us a vehicle with dangerously worn tires that could have had a blowout or caused a crash if the pavement was wet. I should be able to have a reasonable amount of trust in the vehicle. He also initially said that it should be ok for us to keep driving when obviously it was not.

We rented this vehicle for a week. We selected to pick up at the SeaTac airport parking garage. The host provided very clear and precise instructions on how and where to pick up the car. The vehicle runs very smoothly and everything works perfectly. We explored the Olympic peninsula for a few days and Seattle for a few more. The host provided reminders regarding drop-off and detailed instruction for the vehicle’s return to the airport parking garage. Overall, it was a very smooth process and very convenient to have the car waiting for us at the airport as opposed to having to shuttle or Uber to go pick it up. We will definitely book through Turo for our next trip.
