The experience with the company itself was fine, but the car was disappointing. It was dirty inside and out when we picked it up. The tire sensor light was on, and we were told to just ignore it. The tires also seemed like they needed to be replaced, and the car drove pretty rough because of it.
Communication was fine, but overall the experience was just okay. I definitely expected the car to be cleaner and in better condition for a rental.

I had notified you in advance that the TPMS (tire pressure sensor) needed to be replaced, but the tire pressure itself was completely normal. The facts also proved that the tires did not leak at all throughout your entire trip. In addition, the tire tread depth meets all safety driving standards. I am truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your driving experience in the VW Atlas.
