Overall, the experience was okay, but there were a few areas that could have been better. The car was handed over dirty, which was disappointing from the start. There was also some confusion with the fuel charge, as I was initially charged for a full tank and had to dispute it before the issue was resolved. The host communicated well throughout the process, but these inconveniences took away from the overall experience. Better vehicle cleanliness and a smoother fuel billing process would have made this a much better rental experience.
