I had an absolutely great experience with Turo! This was my first time using the app, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the entire process was easy and convenient.
The communication between the host and me was excellent. The host was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire rental. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as described.
For my first experience using Turo, I’m extremely pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Turo and this host, and I will absolutely be using the app again in the future!

RENTER BEWARE
They dropped the car off 24 hours before our trip start date leaving us to pay for a full day parking and they justify by putting it on a god awful long message that you are done reading halfway through.
I’d give this trip a 1 star but the car at least got us around without exploding. I will note the condition of the vehicle is not the best.
Drop off besides being 24 hours ahead they parked it terribly and it was extremely difficult to get inside the vehicle.
The car on the outside was clean but inside the car it was extremely dusty and most the buttons in the center counsel.
The hood shakes like it’s about to fly off while driving over 30mph
Whenever you brake the vehicle has this shake through out the entire vehicle and also had vibration sound through out.
The hatch is missing a lot of its plastic pieces as well and there’s a lot of wires exposed and the rest of the plastic in the inside is falling down off it when you open the hatchet to get something out of the vehicle.
I would recommend everyone avoid this vehicle
