Great car. Exactly what we expected.
Easy pickup and great communication

The vehicle had multiple issues (very bouncy front end, brake squeaks, vibration at 70mph) and it should not have been rented to us. A previous renter mentioned one of the problems and it was never addressed prior to us picking it up. This vehicle should be pulled from Turo so somebody else does not have to deal with the same poor experience. I should have rented from Hertz.

There were a number of problems with the vehicle. It kept alerting us that it needed the oil changed. It was alerting us that we had suspension problems, but we knew we had suspension problems because the shocks were terrible and then the air-conditioning went out and finally the check engine light came on, and we had to take it back early.
