Great car and host. Everything was perfect.

Rented Vu's 2024 BMW iX for a long weekend and the whole thing was effortless. Pickup was about as easy as it gets — car waiting in the main garage at SEA, steps from baggage claim, no shuttle, and Vu unlocked it remotely through the app so I just walked up and drove off.
The iX was spotless and loaded: panoramic roof with auto-tint, heated seats, head-up display, adaptive cruise, CarPlay. Silent, smooth, and the AWD felt planted in the wet. A genuinely nice place to driving around the beautiful PNW.
Vu was a 5-star host. He accommodated few small changes without hesitation, sent the virtual key right on time, and left a Tesla adapter in the cargo area in case I needed it — quick, friendly comms throughout. One small heads-up for future guests (and Vu notes this himself): BMW's range estimate runs optimistic, so plan charging with a buffer or drop it in Efficient mode. Didn't dent the trip at all. Would book Vu's iX again in a heartbeat.

Car was amazing and easy to drive. Only issue was the mileage was inaccurate so had some trouble planning trips. But Vu was great!

Car was beautiful, drove great. Estimated distance is not very accurate however. Obviously this depends on your driving habits somewhat but I found it to be about a third off of its projections. Overall, a great ride and excellent host.

Thank you for your kind words. I agree BMW still has work to do in terms of estimating ranges more accurately. I find it if I put the car in efficient mode, it seems the range is more predictable. I hope with upcoming updates, BMW can address this concern.
Great car. Did a trip up to Birch Bay from Seattle. Car was nice, clean and very comfortable. Owner was very responsive.
