Let me start with that I unlikely will do business again with turo. I expect a bill to pay for supercharger but turo adds processing fee and sales tax to it. When I dispute for the charge, my credit card on file immediately got charged. This seems almost like a scam. Host telling me to just pay for it is not very helpful either. Plus, the communication for this trip was a little frustrating. It's nothing about Lily, hopefull, or the car. This Tesla does not come with a charger adapter. I should have asked to confirm. I probably had to put 400 mi extra on the car to reroute and make detour for charging station. Lily later answered my question and said that it is an add-on service and is ten dollars per piece. I did not see an adapter in the add-on list when I booked where I also purchased prefuel, nor when I checked the add-on service list again after receiving her message. If I could have seen it, I will know it doesn't come with the adapter and bring mine. But indeed, I should have asked before the trip to confirm... Lily asked me if I still need it. I asked her what my options are out of curiosity. She asked me why I would still need it as I only have 1 day left. Very fair question... Lily and I also had a discussion about pick up and drop off location. When I made the reservation the location was set to be near my stay. Lily asked me to do Redmond instead as there's public transportation so easier for her. It doesn't hurt to ask, but if we ask many times it does feel a little pressure... It's a little weird when I called her 15 min after the trip started and I didn't see the car. I was worried as the Google navigation was wrong. Lily seemes in a rush and we got controversial information about who is delivering the car and when the car is going to be delivered. All these together making me feel a little weird when she sent me a generic return message and asked me if I will return the car on time to Redmond as she has an upcoming reservation. I had some extra time so I went to get a car wash before returning it. Overall it's not the worst experience and the car is very nice. FSD is very helpful and functions well as long as the driver is not wearing sunglasses and hats together.
