The car must have been involved in some type of scraping incident as the passenger side mirror was inoperable and there were slight scrape marks on passenger side. Besides that mirror being completely useless, the driver side mirror would change positions at highway speeds and after the door had been opened. On the plus side though, the car was clean and very comfortable. The pickup location was convenient and easy to find. Our host did offer us a different vehicle after we complained but as we had already started our trip we decided to stay with the Mitsubishi since it was comfortable and we didn’t want to go through another check in process with the 2nd vehicle. Our host also provided a cooler and waters at no charge which was greatly appreciated. If we hasn’t had to deal with the mirror issues this would have been a 5 star review.

The passenger mirror issue was disclosed prior to your trip. Unfortunately the replacement mirror didn’t arrive in time between booking;but we still wanted to make sure you had a vehicle available for your vacation rather than canceling your trip.
After you notified us of your concerns, we offered to switch you into another vehicle. But you declined. We determined the driver side mirror worked fine when it was folded open with the button.
Mirror has since been replaced.
