We didn’t receive instructions about where the car or the key would be until we were searching for it in the parking lot. 🤪 That information would be helpful to receive ahead of time. Both the host and co-host were very quick to respond so it wasn’t too big of a deal.
Returning it was easy and convenient. I would recommend this Turo rental to anyone. (We didn’t use the car on the first day of our rental because our flight was cancelled. We’re hoping for a refund from Turo. If that happens, it will be the perfect trip. 👍)
