This was my 1st Turo experience, and there could have been none better than what I had with Jerry! The Jeep was perfect for our adventure in the Black Hills! Access to it was so convenient, the Jeep immaculate and fun to drive as we followed along with our motorcycling friends. One unexpected benefit was a 3-way phone charging cord already set up and ready for use. A small nicety, but so very helpful... a thoughtful touch! Communication with the owner was excellent, so easy to work with - his responses were timely and very helpful. Jerry even sent a picture of where the window buttons are located in the vehicle... thanks!! It would have taken a hot minute to find them! He made it all so easy, and helped me feel that none of my questions were silly. I highly recommend Jerry and his Jeep. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat!! Surely one of Turo's finest!
