Not a pleasant pickup. Host forgot to sent us the PIN before the trip and we were stranded in a cold late night for an hour.
Also note the low MPG, expect a high bill when you fill up the gas.
The foot pad in the front passenger seat was falling off. The USB cable for carplay had occasional connectivity issues. The car is alright otherwise.
Good morning, sir. Thank you for your booking. The CarPlay system works properly, and the courtesy USB cable has been removed to prevent future issues. The cabin air filter access cover has been secured. For airport deliveries, Turo releases the lockbox code to guests one hour before the trip. Some guests have trouble locating it in the app, and I’m always happy to help. When you called around midnight regarding your 10pm pickup, I immediately resent the code. Sorry f/the inconvenience.
