Great, easy experience and the car came with a state park entrance sticker that we were able to use for Custer!

Host was friendly and attentive and came out to me to replace the car battery when it caused a problem! I was even able to extend my trip one day while waiting on their insurance to cover car rental after an accident!
Thank you for the review, the convenience 4 stars is due to the guest wanting the car delivered, in my description it specifically says delivery to airport and the location of where the car is located, if you book knowing that- I would imagine you understand very clearly the location of the car and if I will deliver. Unfortunately dead batteries happen - I cannot control that, I do respond within minutes and I drove 60 miles to replace with new right away.

Kimberly was exceptional! She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond during our trip. Super easy pick up and smooth ride, great gas mileage and had nice winter tires on for the season. Car was clean and well maintained. We will rent again when we come back!
