Heather's car was sparkling clean and fully loaded. Easy pick up and drop-off.
Heads-up for those who plan on using CarPlay. Apparently you must use Apple USB cable or a high-quality certified cable. Cheap cables, which we apparently had :( often support charging only and lack the data lines needed for CarPlay. I think it may be a Buick thing as I've never had this issue before.
Regardless, you won't be disappointed as Heather's car has everything you will need.

Heather was excellent with communication from beginning to end. The car was exceptionally clean and had a full tank of gas. Pickup was effortless, and the location just a short Uber from the airport. We visited 4 states over the 1 week rental and were able to stay within the 1200 mile limit.
The car was very comfortable with great heat and air conditioning and the panoramic sunroof was perfect for driving through the badlands and black hills areas to take in all the views.
