We wasn’t happy with this vehicle the address listed on the vehicle was not the owner when I arrived it was the owners friend who decided to take a actual picture of me and my drivers license and was calling myself to make sure it was me when I already took a picture of myself holding my license and me on the app , it took over an hour to get the vehicle because when we went to the address she explained to go to another address so I had to request another uber with my fiance and twin babies and pay out of pocket thank god the uber guy had enough patience with my fiance and my twin babies when it was extremely hot outside when we arrived at the address to obtain the vehicle it brought us to a grocery store when I arrived I kept calling the host multiple times and nobody was answering they were also Chiense so it was hard to communicate to them than I finally got a call it was the same woman from the previous address that told me to go to the other address and told me to wait the owner is gonna bring me the car to the grocery store so instead of taking out my two babies, out of the uber with the A/C I had to keep them in the Uber and Kept being charged until they arrived with the car , when the car arrived to when she arrived she proceeded to again take another picture of my license and a picture of me when it was already on the app that was just weird as we were turning on the car. The tire sensor light came on, and there was no air in the tire and air was needed. We had to come out of pocket and put air in the tire. Also we came out of town so this was far worst and unprofessional.

The car drove well, you do need to walk about 2 minutes to the lot once you pick up the key at the shop, but folks were very communicative and efficient!

I had to walk to pick it up, just wished I knew beforehand since I have small kids. Besides that it was great.

I was disappointed with this experience. I asked if could return the car early and they told me yes not a problem. Then when asking to provide a refund for unused days they said no because it was a three day minimum. That makes no sense! Also the car smelled like cigarettes when I picked it up, so a nice gentlemen Ahmed who works for the owner used an ozone machine to get the smell out. Finally the car itself was in pretty beat up condition.

Rental Policy: Our 3-day minimum was clearly outlined before booking. The car was completely fine until we reiterated this policy when an early return refund was demanded.

Smoking Policy: We communicate a strict no-smoking policy, which some guests unfortunately violate and get issued a cleaning fee for doing that. When this concern was brought to our attention, we promptly worked on removing the smell, as noted in the review.
