This is a bad experience, I don’t think I’m going to do it again. Pay all that money for a car that was not worth the money I spent. Dirty dent all over, screw all over the fender. I had to park it and ride with someone. This is a shame for the owner of this vehicle. I’m thinking about ask a lawyer if I can get a partial refund. Because when I was tried to cancel there is a fees 180$. Contact the agent he was so rude unbelievable.

It was fine and I would rent again. The car wasn’t the best but very clean and no major issues

The car had a very bad stale cigarette smell and the bumper was very loose and we had to reattach on numerous occasions. We were told by a parking lot attendant we needed to have a serial code to return to the free Turo parking section but were not provided this and incurred a garage fee.
