The car was extremely clean and in perfect condition. The gas tank was full. The host was an excellent communicator and we had arranged via text a convenient meeting location for pick up and drop off. This was my first experience with Turo and it could not have been better! Thank you for making this so easy.

The car was great. The pickup up was easy. Liang met us at the curb and handed us the keys. They were flexible with the return time and return was just as easy. Liang was there at the curb to take the car. Very easy. Much better than the rental counter
