Car was great for what we needed. Clean, no problems with driving around town and was on time. Lots of great automated messaging instructions, however took nearly 48 hours for a response to a comment / concern of mine. Concern was that all other Turo hosts I have rented from in past 5 years either took care of the airport parking fee, reimbursed the fee or dropped off the car so that could take advantage of the time frame window of no charge. Not the case with this car, as the guest must absorb the cost even when the drop off time is clearly selected for the host’s convenience.
