They didn’t have the car seats we reserved but they were very responsive and brought them when I told what had happened.

I was able to travel very conveniently. It was raining so much that driving wasn't easy, but fortunately, I was able to drive safely. They also adjusted the schedule, so we were able to complete the trip safely.

the car had no issues driving on the roads until i started driving any type of hill then it wouldn't go pass 40-60. It felt like the transmission was going out when i would drive uphill.

The car has a sport mode, that is one click below drive. I have accidentally driven in that mode, when that happens, it basically turns the car into a Manuel transmission. We tested it & no problem with hills or any other roads. I’m sorry that happened to you.
The car only had 3/4 of a tank upon pick up and was not parked to where it was specified. I also had to pay to get it out of the parking lot.
