Suburban was clean and in excellent condition. Communication with host was informative, and response was quick and helpful to any questions. Pick up and drop off was a breeze!

The car was pretty dirty upon pickup and it seems that the gas gauge is broken. We spent $113 to fill up the tank and the gauge said it was full upon leaving the gas station, once we drove .5 mile it said it was only 3/4 full
