Perfect vehicle for our trip.

The car was fine and did the job. Everything worked as expected, and there were no major issues. Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze — very easy, with clear directions. Communication was great throughout. Overall, a solid rental experience.

While booking and pick up was easy, the host failed to let me know that the vehicle had a check engine light on. Messaged him he said it was a censored no big deal trusted his word turned on the car and started to drive it, it started shaking and tugging. Immediately contacted customer service and they also agreed it was not safe to drive and for me to return the car immediately.
That’s not true I drove the vehicle 400 miles after you with no issues
