Flexible and fair, even though Turo wouldn’t cooperate.

The quality and cleanliness of the car was great. However, when selecting a rental on Turo, I only selected picking up at the airport. This location was not confirmed before our pick up. Not only did this cost me time, but I spent around $200 in Uber fees getting there and back. Make sure to confirm the pick up and drop of location with the owner first! They will not confirm until it’s too late to change.

Great vehicle, easy to drive. Lots of room for the 5 of us, plus luggage. Drop off was easier, pick up had a few hiccups, but host took care of issue quickly.
