Great experience from start to finish. The pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow. The car was perfect for driving around Miami, especially with Full Self-Driving. With all the traffic and construction, it made the trip much less stressful, and for once I didn’t miss any exits or turns.
One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a fee to exit the parking garage after picking up the car. Also, if you have a Tesla account, all of your settings—including your Spotify login—will automatically load when you get in, which was a nice bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. The car itself was absolutely fantastic smooth, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. We loved it so much that we extended the rental three different times. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great car and an even better host!
