Cars pretty good power steering needs an update other then that good on gas and the loaners let me extend no problem at all good price my kids loved it especially since there was three rows lmao even though they couldn’t bring toys or anything in the car💜

Host communicated well until I picked up the car, but when I had an issue after pickup they went radio silent. I was supposed to rent this car for a week, but after driving it home I realized the smell was so bad there was no way I could drive it all week. It smelled like cigarettes and air freshener BAD. Smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years, then they tried to scent bomb it to cover the smoke smell..after a 20 minute drive the smell was stuck in my hair and my son spent the whole ride home hanging his head out the window..we literally couldn’t get out of it fast enough. Host stayed silent until I rescheduled the trip to return the following day (because it was late in the evening when I picked up) and they sent a message about returning the car on time and they hope I enjoyed my trip…no acknowledgment of the now 3 messages I had sent trying to find a better resolution. Can’t imagine what’d have happened if I was on a time crunch and picking it up for a road trip instead of just around town…I’m honestly FLOORED someone thought that was an acceptable condition to list a rental car in. It was nauseating.

Great car for the time needed while my car was getting fixed. Few minor things such as upholstery in the car but didn’t stop the great ride experience. Will definitely rent again. Car drove amazing !
