Everything was great with the exception of having to take a shuttle to pick up the car at a lot off the airport grounds. I am not sure if I missed that when booked but didn’t think it was clear. Also no CarPlay.

Nice vehicle. Easy pick-up with clear instructions. We encountered some problems, but the host was responsive and made things right. The biggest problem is that we discovered that the registration had expired. We messaged the host and they provided a new registration document, but this is a detail you may want to check before you drive away with the vehicle. We also had an excessive parking fee ($57) to get the vehicle out of the airport parking garage, but the host reimbursed me once I provided documentation of the date/time listed on the parking ticket. I would use this host again, but be sure to pay attention to details and documentation.

Car quality was great. Worked and ran as expected. The issue we had was we had wasthe car had in transits on that were 7 months expired and we had the car for 10 days. Wasn’t the most comforting driving around a non licensed vehicle and host never corrected the issue
