Everything worked well with the pickup and drop off. Unfortunately we had one issue with the headrests in the third row that caused them to not fold down properly. This caused us to have to make separate arrangements for one of our passengers. Otherwise the experience was pleasant and went as expected.

Everything was just as it said. Easy pickup and easy drop off. Ryan was great with communication and responsive throughout the trip. One rating stated the car doesn’t have Apple CarPlay… it does, you just have to have your phone plugged in so make sure you have a cord. Would definitely rent through them again!

My car needed service and I was in a pinch. I found this card 90 minutes before I needed to be somewhere. Pick up and drop off were very easy. Much appreciated!
