Had this 2024 Explorer for 8 days. Picked up and dropped off at shuttle lot near the airport. The communication was friendly, clear and precise. Response time was quick, directions were easy to follow. The car was great! Clean in and out, smelled clean, felt clean, seemed maintained, good tires, ran great, ice cold A/C, much better than anything I’ve gotten from Avis or Enterprise lately. I would definitely recommend and will look to rent from them again the next time I’m in the valley. Thank you so much!
