Vehicle was immaculate. Everything was as advertised. I’ll be back to Az in two weeks and will be using them again.

The vehicle had a horrible rattle in the front suspension. Really didnt want to drive it much because we were nervous of being stranded. Also vehicle was not very clean at all

A pile of hot Garbage.
There is either a blown strut or a broken engine mount. The car had a clunk from the start. It was already late, so we proceeded to our hotel despite the clunk. After another few miles, the transmission skipped. We decided to keep it and risk the Ford Explorer failing. On our way to the airport, all the traction control came on, and we almost lost control of the vehicle. Heart rate was elevated as we hopped on the bus to the airport.
This vehicle needs to be completely checked by a qualified mechanic.
This vehicle has clearly been abused over the years.
The customer service was okay, but the communication felt very impersonal.
Consider another Turo host.
