The pick up and drop off went smoothly. There was a strong smell of fuel in the cabin at interstate speeds, which was was concerning and uncomfortable. When applying the breaks to exit cruise control the car was completely unresponsive until pushed to the point that caused the car to lurch, which was quite scary at speed. The tear in the soft window made for a very loud cabin at interstate speeds. My suggestion is that this car needs some maintenance before being rented again. If this had been an agency I probably would have returned it.
