I didn’t know that the pick up was at an off airport parking area. Every other Turo Ive gotten at Phoenix Airport was in the onsite parking garages/lots.
Thank you for your feedback, but Turo no longer allows vehicles to be parked at terminal parking garages for Phoenix sky Harbor. All parking garages require either a shuttle or ride on the skytrain which are all complementary. We hope to see you again and thank you for your feedback.
