great communication expierence will recommend and will rent again in future

Pickup and host responsiveness were great but unfortunately the car needs a lot of love and regular maintenance. The tires were almost bald, the gas was at 3/4 of a tank, we had to pay the difference for airport parking because they put the car there too early and our flight was delayed by 30 minutes, the engine light and suspension service needed light was on, and the car shuddered on and off at normal highway speeds. The host mentioned that apparently a previous renter didn’t use the right octane which may have contributed to the engine issues, but frankly it all should’ve been fixed before renting the vehicle out again. Hoping the host does this before the next person rents…!
