The heat was not working
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the heating experience did not meet expectations during your trip. After the vehicle was returned, it was promptly inspected and the heating system was confirmed to be operating properly. All vehicles are regularly maintained and checked between trips to ensure reliability and comfort. We always encourage guests to contact us during their trip so we can troubleshoot and resolve any concerns immediately.

There was no charging port for the phone and the heat didn’t work that well.
