I won't be renting from Ajish or Lux Auto Groups again. I was in a pinch and asked for terminal pickup and drop off. He called me to explain that this was no longer possible. When returning Turo listed terminal drop off as an option. The next person I rented on Turo from allowed me to pickup and drop off from the terminal, no problem. Instead Ajish made us take a shuttle in the wrong direction that we were going, to an offsite lot. It was hot that day and had no AC and added time to our time limited visit. Then he gave us the wrong code to get in the car so we had to call him. The car was ok, but had tears in the seat. We then had to return early to catch the shuttle back to the airport. I would rather rent from someone who is flexible and honest.

Clean efficient car. When one reservation fell over, they were very kind and receptive to quickly get me into another vehicle last minute. Great customer service great communication overall great experience.
