Awful - no oil in the car, it reeked of cigarettes, and the customer service was terrible.

Guest made a long cross country trip, over their set allowed mileage amount.
Prior to their trip the vehicle was deep cleaned with fluid levels checked, and no smells or indicators were present as shown in pre trip photos. Book with confidence, you will receive an excellent car and service as was provided to this guest.
Location was easier to find the host was very responsive. This is my second time booking with them and I will continue to do so the car is very smooth. Everything works and I enjoy it very much. Thank you so much for having me.
