Car smelled like weed from a when we picked it up for an 8 day rental. I asked Maurice why and he said a prior guest smoked in it. He did not let me know it smelled like weed ahead of time. When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He was not willing to reimburse me for it.
I would not rent from him again
This guest was extremely rude. I apologized for the odor that was left in the vehicle from a previous guest and even offered a 15% discount on his next booking for the inconvenience. Had Isaiah been more professional when speaking to me I would have given him a discount. He basically threatened me to give him a discount for the odor or he would leave a bad review. He was extremely rude when communicating with me and for that he will not be allowed to book my vehicle again.
