Great communication and the car rode like a gem. Only 1 concern which the host and I addressed. I would recommend this host

I was originally going to give this a 3-Star review because I despise cigarette smoke and the car smelled really bad upon picking it up. The reason for the 4-Star review is because the host, Yurii, is awesome. They had great response times when I needed to message them. Was apologetic towards me having the vehicle smelling like smoke with children inside. And allowed me to change my drop-off since it was still within the daily rental time frame from pickup. I would consider renting again with the expectation that the vehicle is properly cleaned after a guest who smokes inside.
