Clean and really nice car

Got this car for my son prom while it was clean inside and out the car had damages that owner did not mention I asked for updated pictures prior to my date and was told the pictures on here was updated but the damages was not shown I ended my trip early due to the car making noise and and didn’t want to risk it 1st time using turo and didn’t know I would have to do anything further when I was in contact with host the whole time and thought they would and never did lesson learned I gave 2 stars because I wasn’t told about the damages before hand not even when picking up the car I feel that should have been told prior to my date but any who you learn along the way
When we talked the photos were indeed updated. Unfortunately customers damage our vehicles and we have to constantly repair them. I wanted to honor the reservation, although the car wasn’t due to be fixed until the 12th of may. Texts say you were highly satisfied with the car, although there was a small piece of the panel missing. 2 ⭐️’s is because you used it for prom an once you were done you requested a refund. You were adamant about keeping the car, then wanted money back blaming the brakes

3 stars because we couldn’t use the vehicle 4 out of the 5 days we had it on vacation with us. Giving charging issues but the host was as helpful as they could be which is why this has any stars at all.
Thanks for your feedback. We understand this was your first time using a Tesla, unfortunately it wasn’t the best choice for a trip to Utah. For an 800 mile trip one way it was necessary to stop 5 x’s for a one hour charge. Turning an 8hr trip into 13. You couldn’t charge initially due to an unpaid balance, every charge after that went through. We regret that you didn’t have the best experience during your trip, but not using the vehicle due to charging expenses was a choice beyond our control.
