This is our second rental from Vitaly. Our rental in 2025 was perfect. However, this experience was a complete letdown. The car smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. We were unable to connect to the display screen, Apple Car Play, USB, or Bluetooth so there was no hands-free capability. Also, we continued to get messages alerting that the tailgate was open as well as that the seatbelts were not fastened in the back seat. There was nothing in the backseat. When we returned the car, a gentleman working there confirmed that the error signals had been happening and had not yet been corrected. Lastly, there were two cracks in the windshield right in front of the driver’s seat! How could they knowingly have given us a car in this condition?
We truly feel we should not have had to pay full price for this vehicle since we did not have the convenience features as advertised and the car was not in top working condition and it smelled disgusting!
