As always great services, great cars only place on Turo I rent from. I never experienced this while renting from turo but the vehicle I booked must’ve been extexted so they sent me a message stating the vehicle I wanted was unavailable and they had an replace for me through text once I opened the app to look at the replacement vehicle it’s the same vehicle make and model just a different color so I was ok with it. Once again best place to rent
