Easy to drive and very clean car

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend renting from this host.
I picked up the vehicle only to discover there was already a nail in one of the tires. Instead of taking responsibility for the issue, the host expected me to drive to a repair shop that I did not feel was safe. I was traveling alone with my young son, and I was not comfortable going to that location.
I had paid extra for roadside assistance, but it wasn’t helpful in resolving the situation. I ended up finding a different tire shop myself, paying $40 out of pocket to get the tire repaired so I could safely continue my trip.
To make matters worse, the host refused to reimburse me for the repair, even though the tire issue existed when I received the vehicle. The entire experience was stressful, inconvenient, and not what I expected when renting through Turo.
I believe hosts should provide vehicles that are safe and ready to drive, and if an issue arises, they should work with renters to resolve it fairly. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this host again.

Sorry your trip started with bad luck—a nail has terrible timing. There was no tire warning at check-in, so the damage occurred after the vehicle was inspected. We offered multiple solutions, including a mechanic waiting for you, but you chose a different option after not showing up. We were also ready to reimburse the repair cost. We always work hard to help our guests and resolve issues as quickly as possible. We wish you all the best.
Car was very clean. Car seat was also very clean. Hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. They were very kind about needing to change our departure.
