Overall, car was fine. Gas tank was not full when I got it, but Cece was understanding of this.

This car was top.of the line. Exceeds other rental companies. Customer Service is the BEST! I'm overjoyed with the professionalism, attentiveness I received. I am MORE than pleased!!! 1st time trying Turo. CeeCee's set the bar above measure. She is very friendly and about her business. She was ALWAYS available to help me navigate through every process. She will be my go-to rental company. I feel so blessed to have picked this company for my birthday(leisure) driving destinations. Thank you Lord for her! I pray for His continue covenant over her, her family & business. Hallelujah.

Car ran great. It did need the premium gas, which was the most expensive. The remote key didn’t work at our first stop. I had to go back to the meeting spot to get a different remote from the host that worked. Rear driver’s side tire showed low pressure on day 2. I had to stop at a gas station to get air. On the way to return the car (after 2 days), the same tire showed low pressure again. Other than that, host was pretty easy to communicate with, especially regarding the remote and returning the car earlier.
Communications was great with the guest. When driving back and forth on the expressway we must watch what we are driving over. When receiving the vehicle everything was in great condition upon returning is when the issues accumulated. Thank you so much for renting with us we hope to see you again.
